“I can happily say that the service that The Urban Door company provided was second to none and my wife and I were impressed with the whole experience from the moment that we visited the showroom to the day on which the door was fitted. Paula went to a lot of trouble to explain the different types of doors to us and the relevant benefits and was also immediately able to tell the type of door that we could have using our existing UPVC frame (which kept the cost down). We were impressed with the range of colours that the doors came in and we found exactly what we wanted. The ordering process was simple and we knew exactly when the door would be made and fitted; those dates were kept to and there were no delays. On the day the door was fitted the fitter turned up at our house bang on time and said that the job would take 3-4 hours; he actually only took about 2.5 hours. He was polite and his work was of a very high standard. He was tidy and made sure that he cleared up everything before he left.”
